TERMS OF USE

 

PRICES 

All our prices are in Euros (€). VAT is not included. 

 

Delivery  costs are charged to the customer. A 10% extra charge will be added to orders under Eur 100 (€) .-

 

Items are usually delivered one week following the receipt of order. Delay may be longer for remote countries.

 

PACKAGING

Packaging is included in the item price. 

 

RETURNS

Items can be returned, but only in their original bags. In case of a wrong or faulty delivery, goods are taken back for exchange only within five days.  

 

 

PAYMENT TERMS

Dispatches by "cash on delivery" will be charged an extra Eur 50 (€).-

 

 

OWNERSHIP 

Items remain the property of the supplier as long as the invoice is not totally paid by the purchaser.

 

LEGAL PLACE 

The legal place is Logroño (La Rioja- Spain). 

 

COMPLAIN TERMS  

Complaint will not be accepted 5 days after delivery of  the items.
