General terms and conditions

The present general terms and conditions of sale apply to the on line service of GLUPS, SAS and cover all sales to its customers on our website, www.practicefirms.net. We reserve the right to amend the present general terms and conditions of sale at any time, with the proviso that details of all amendments are published on our website.

• Orders: We will accept your order subject to the present general terms and conditions of sale.
• Prices: Product prices are given in euro and all orders are payable also in euro. We reserve the right to change its prices at any time.
• Terms of delivery: CIP  according to incoterms 2000.
• Delivery time: 25 working days after clearified order.
• Payment: By credit card (5% discount) or by invoice (payment 30 days from invoice date).

• Applicable law: This agreement shall be construed and performed in accordance with and shall be governed by Spanish law and you should submit to ther jurisdication of the Spanish Courts.
