General conditions

 We always sell in accordance with our general sale conditions, which the purchaser explains to know and accept. Our deliveries always are in accordance with the mentioned conditions and provisions. Every special agreement needs to be confirmed in a written affirmation by our company.

Prices:

Our prices are without engagement and VAT exclusive.

Terms of delivery:

The delivery period starts from the moment Liquid Valley receives the order confirmation. Under no circumstances extension of delivery provides any right to compensation or cancellation of the contract.

Dispatching:

Dispatching happens on purchaser’s risk and costs. See table for blamed transport costs:

Payment

Payments must be due within the 30 days after invoice date. If you do not pay on time, a fine of 10.00 EUR will be blamed.
